This Shipping Policy governs the dispatch, delivery, and handling of products sold by Nutripie Retail LLP, a limited liability partnership incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered office at T-710 New Minal Residency, JK Road, Govindpura, Ayodhya Bypass Police Station, Bhopal – 462023, Madhya Pradesh, India (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By placing an order through our official website (www.revaya.co.in) or through authorized third-party platforms (including but not limited to Amazon and Flipkart), you (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) agree to the terms of this Policy.

1. Serviceable Territory

1.1 The Company currently ships products only within the territory of India.
1.2 Orders received for addresses outside India shall not be processed, and if inadvertently accepted, shall be cancelled and refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.

2. Order Processing and Dispatch

2.1 All orders are subject to successful payment authorization and product availability.
2.2 Orders are ordinarily processed and dispatched within one (1) to two (2) business days from the date of order confirmation.
2.3 Orders placed on Sundays or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Timelines

3.1 Standard delivery timelines are up to seven (7) business days from the date of dispatch, subject to the delivery location and serviceability of our logistics partners.
3.2 Delivery to remote or difficult-to-access locations may require additional time.
3.3 The Company shall not be held liable for delays attributable to courier partners, natural calamities, governmental restrictions, or force majeure events.

4. Shipping Charges

4.1 Applicable shipping charges, if any, shall be displayed at checkout prior to completion of the purchase.
4.2 Shipping charges may vary based on the value of the cart, prevailing offers, and delivery location.
4.3 The Company reserves the right to modify shipping charges without prior notice; however, such modifications shall not affect orders already placed.

5. Logistics Partners

5.1 The Company utilizes Shiprocket and its associated courier network for dispatch and delivery of products.
5.2 Upon dispatch, Customers shall be provided with a tracking identification number through email and/or SMS to monitor shipment progress.

6. Failed or Undeliverable Shipments

6.1 If a shipment is undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the Customer, repeated failure to accept delivery, or refusal of delivery, the shipment shall be returned to the Company.
6.2 In such cases, any request for re-shipment shall be subject to payment of additional shipping charges by the Customer.

7. Risk of Loss

7.1 All products purchased shall be shipped pursuant to a shipment contract with our logistics partners.
7.2 Risk of loss and title for such products shall pass to the Customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
